10/24/2012- I'm now a member of the RMLS, (Regional Multiple Listing Service). The RMLS us the biggest MLS in Oregon. Most of northern and southwest Oregon use the RMLS, as well as parts of Southern Washington. What does this mean? It means my home sellers are getting more exposure for their listings. Rather than their homes just being on the Central Oregon MLS, they are now on both the Central Oregon MLS and the RMLS. Agents and home buyers throughout Oregon will now have easy access to my real estate listings.
10/05/2012- Read this great article about Bend published in the Washington Post. The author does a great job describing Bend. He touches on the natural beauty, downtown, our recreation opportunities, and of course our beer (many local craft breweries).
August 2012- The September issue of Dog Fancy Magazine names Bend Oregon as "Dog Town USA", the friendliest dog city in our nation.
July 2012- Bend is named the next city destined for greatness by Enrepreneur Magazine. They name our area as the next city for entrepreneurship.

07/18/11- The Bend real estate market has picked up in recent months. Inventory is down, and there are a lot of buyers out there. Currently short sales and foreclosure listings are getting offers within days if they're priced right. Meanwhile, traditional sales in Bend seem to be on the rise as well. We're seeing more and more traditional sales. Which is a great sign for the recovery of our local real estate market.

Bend has great community events throughout the year.
05/18/12- Bend's Pole Pedal Paddle is this weekend! This is Mt. Bachelor's Ski Education Foundation's main fundraiser, and truely a great event. Racers will ski, bike, run and kayak to the finish line. This event draws competitors from throughout the west coast. Check out the finish this weekend down at the Old Mill.
