07/18/11- The Bend real estate market has picked up in recent months.  Inventory is down, and there are a lot of buyers out there.  Currently short sales and foreclosure listings are getting offers within days if they're priced right.  Meanwhile, traditional sales in Bend seem to be on the rise as well.  We're seeing more and more traditional sales.  Which is a great sign for the recovery of our Bend Oregon real estate market.   Read more about the current Bend real estate market.
