Madras Real Estate

Madras Oregon was incorporated in 1911.  It is located in Jefferson County just over 40 miles north of Bend.  Madras is a diverse town with agricultural and manufacturing enterprises.  Brightwood corportation calls Madras home, and is one of  the regions biggest employers.

Recreation

The Deschutes River and Lake Billy Chinook are both a short drive from Madras.  Lake Billy Chinook offers Boating, Beaches, and Fishing.  While the Deschutes river just northwest of Madras offers some of the best fly fishing in the nation.
