River's Edge Golf Community

Set on the east side of Awbrey Butte, River's Edge is a beautiful golfcourse setting.  The city views of Bend are incredible from many homes.  One of the best things about River's Edge is that you're very close to downtown, shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

River's edge is a public golf course that challenges all levels of golfers.  One of it's signature holes is a par 3 on the back nine.  The tees are set up about 300 ft up from the green.

Part of the River's Edge community is gated, but not all of it.  The homes in River's Edge consist of townhomes and custom single family homes.  Most homesites are 1/4-1/2 acre in size.
