Dylan Darling, Your Bend Oregon Realtor
2009 and 2010 Prudential Honor Society Member
I was born and raised in McCall, a small ski town in Idaho. Growing up in the mountains, I’m naturally an outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy Fishing, Snowboarding, Hiking, Biking, Golf, Motocross, and Boating just to name a few. These are the reasons that I first moved to Bend Oregon in 1998. In my time off you’ll usually find me at Mt. Bachelor in the winter and at a river or lake in the summer.
I attended Central Oregon Community College for 2 years before moving to Arizona. It wasn’t long before I hurried back to Bend. And in 2001 I became a Bend real estate broker. I feel fortunate to have a real estate career that I’m passionate about, in a place such as Bend, Oregon.
As a Realtor, I strive to give quality service to buyers and sellers. I consider myself professional, yet very personable. I keep track of market trends, housing inventory, and overall community changes. It’s my goal to build a referral based business from past clients.
I've adapted to the market as it has gone through changes. With short sales and foreclosuresbeing a big part of our market in 2008-2010, I've learned as much as I can about each of these processes. This has been very valuable to my clients. It's very important for buyers and sellers to understand the process of these short sales and foreclosures before they enter into either.
Whether you're buying or sellingyour first home, or an investor looking to expand your portfolio, I offer professional service throughout real estate transactions in the Bend area. As a technology savvy agent, I keep up on internet and technology trends in the real estate business and use them to my clients advantage.
I live the Central Oregon lifestyle. In addition to Bend area real estate questions, I can answer any questions about the recreation, lodging, and dining opportunities offered in the Bend area. Feel free to call or e-mail me with any questions you may have about the Bend Oregon real estate market.
